Prices can be displayed in Dollars (USD). GB Pounds, Australia Dollars (AUD), Canadian Dollars (CAD) and Euro (EUR) by using the drop-down menu.
All credit card transactions are in USD. Your issuing bank will convert the currency at the time of purchase, which may account for a difference in the USD price displayed.
We accept transfers in USD, CAD, AUD, EUR etc. Contact us before to get the account information.
ALL prices listed ECO Farm Green Inc. exclude taxes, import fees and customs duties. Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped and you will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

ECO Farm Green Inc. could ship worldwide since we have own factories and warehouses in many countries, we can ship your parcel locally, the shipping will be faster and safer.
You will not be charged any customs fees by selecting our flat mail rate. However, by choosing express shipping, you may be charged customs fees due to strict customs inspections. Please note: We will only pay for the customs fees generated by flat mail. If you select express shipping, you will be charged for any customs fees.
Shipping Time & Track Order
We offer fast shipping via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other couriers.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
The order will be packed and shipped within 24 hours after purchase, you will receive a tracking number via email once the order is sent out, then you will be able to track the order status.
We are confident that our harvest tool, grow equipment will provide you with a spectacular grow, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve any issues and replace you product(s) or refund your purchase within the terms of this policy.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions :
- Be returned or replaced within 30 days of your delivery date, in the precondition of non-artificial damage.
- Be in its original and unopened box.All parts (like cords, controllers, hangers, extra giveaway etc ) must be present when returned.
- No return, refund or exchange on special orders.
